TikTok Content System
A repeatable short-video system for your product: hooks, formats, scripts, and a 2-week content calendar.
The route
5 steps to Done
- 01
Define content pillars
Pillars make content repeatable instead of random.

Define TikTok content pillars for my product. I will describe the product and audience below. Produce 3-4 pillars (e.g. problem demos, build-in-public, tips for the audience, before/after transformations), each with: why it fits this audience, 5 example video ideas, and the emotion it targets (curiosity, frustration relief, aspiration). Rank pillars by expected effort-to-impact. MY PRODUCT AND AUDIENCE: [describe here]
- ✓ Each pillar ties to the audience's interests
- ✓ 20 total video ideas exist
- ✓ Effort/impact ranking included
- 02
Build the hook bank
The first 2 seconds decide everything - stockpile openers.

Write a hook bank of 24 hooks for my product's videos across my pillars. Formats to include: pain callouts ('If you still do X manually...'), curiosity gaps, contrarian takes, before/after teases, numbered promises, and direct-address questions. Each hook must work in the first 2 seconds spoken or as on-screen text. Tag each hook to a pillar and mark the 5 strongest with reasoning.
- ✓ Every hook works in 2 seconds
- ✓ Multiple formats are represented
- ✓ Hooks map to pillars
- 03
Script the first 5 videos
Complete scripts remove the friction between plan and filming.

Write complete scripts for my first 5 videos using the strongest hooks. Each script: hook line (spoken + on-screen text), beat-by-beat structure with timestamps for a 20-40 second video, exactly what is on screen per beat (talking head, screen recording of the product, text overlay), the spoken lines, and a soft CTA close. All filmable solo with a phone and screen recording. Include a shot checklist per video.
- ✓ Each script is 20-40 seconds when read
- ✓ Screen visuals are specified per beat
- ✓ One person can film everything
- 04
Build the 2-week calendar
Consistency beats virality hunting - schedule the system.

Create my 2-week posting calendar: which video posts on which day and time (with reasoning for the audience's timezone/habits), pillar rotation so no two same-pillar posts run consecutively, batching plan (film all 5 in one session - list the batching order to minimize setup changes), and rules for reposting/cross-posting to Reels and Shorts including any format tweaks.
- ✓ Every slot has a video and a time
- ✓ Pillars rotate
- ✓ The batch-filming order is planned
- 05
Set the measurement loop
Double down on evidence, not vibes.

Define my content measurement loop: the metrics to record per video (3-second hold rate, watch %, likes, comments, profile taps, link clicks - and which ONE matters most for my goal); a simple weekly review ritual (what to compare, how to spot a winning pattern); the doubling-down rule (when a video overperforms, produce 3 variations of its hook/format within a week); and the kill rule for pillars that repeatedly underperform after N videos.
- ✓ One primary metric is chosen
- ✓ The double-down rule is concrete
- ✓ The kill rule prevents sunk-cost posting
